Abstract:
By studying the theory of launch and flight dynamics of Mult iple Launch Rocket System ( MLRS) from the point of whole system including launching device, rocket s, prope-l lant and env ironment , the simulat ion system of random launch and flight dy namics of MLRS is established. T he simulated results of vibrat ion characteristics, response, and dispersion of MLRS in launching process are verified by series of tests. A new method acquired f rom the simulation system has reduced the number of rocket s used in dispersion test for one MLRS by 82. 5 % .
