Abstract:
Individual gene is coded w ith real number and penalty-funct ion method is used to st ructure the genet ic f itness. After each indiv idual in populat ion is arrang ed in the order of its fitness, some bet ter individuals are direct ly copied into offsprings and others are crossed and mutated w ith the opt imum individual that is called’monkey -king‘ into of fsprings. T hus, ge-net ic algorithms are orderly ex panded by making opt imum individual of every generation as kernel, it can be quickly converged to a w hole opt imum. Results f rom the calculat ion of several st ructures show the algorithms are ef fective for the w hole optimal solut ion to target funct ions.
