Abstract:
Pt nanoparticles as catalyst were used to polymerize polyaniline. The crystal imag e, the dist ributable property and the spectroscopy character of the obtained products were characterized by T EM ( t ransmission elect ron microscopy ) and FT - IR ( Fourier t ransform inf rare spect roscopy) . T he ef fect of Pt nanopart icles on the polymerization rate w as compared w ith that of Pt plate, and the possible element s and polymerizat ion mechanism were also brief ly discussed. Results show that: using Pt nanopart icles as electroless polymerizat ion catalyst can greatly shorten the react ion time, the acid-doped PAN can be fabricated w ithin 2~ 3 hours in the same condition and the FT- IR spectrum of PAN synthesized by this method has the characterist ics of ” blue-shift“.
