Abstract:
According to the characterist ics of spacecraf t and technical demand, a method to real ize three-dimensional rotat ion for five-DOF docking buffer table is studied. The analysis shows that three-axis test table is suitable to the w hole system. The paper g ives the relevant solution to the key problems in the design of three-axis test table. With the applicat ion of fuzzy element theory, three-axis table frames are designed in light w eight, high st iffness and intensity as well as suitable to high impact . T he w eight of f rames decreases by 8. 7 % . According to the dock ing requirement of init ial att itude, a three-dimensional at t itude adjusting and locking mecha nism w ith simple adjustment , rapid unlocking, lig ht weig ht and safety is presented. T he compu tat ional models and results are given.
