Abstract:
This paper presents a hardware and software scheme on image acquisit ion by reflecting a type of fiber-optic confocal scanning microscope(FOCSM) . The electronics control system in FOCSM is composed of a complex programmable logic device ( CPLD) and a microcontroller unit (MCU) . CPLD and MCU are a high speed scanning electronics control system and has the funct ions of image acquisition, planar scanning timing control and distortion correction.The experimental result shows that this electronics scanning system can achieve its basic funct ions.
