Abstract:
A fundam enta l and designmethod of an inte lligent test system based on GPIB ( Genera l purpose interface bus) is introduced. The remote contro l command is encapsu lated in advanced program language. The comm ands sending, reading and result analysis are unifo rm. The log ic ru le database is established, and dur ing the test process, themeasurementw ork flow can be dynam ically ad justed by rules accord ing to the comparison betw een the test resu lt ana lysis and a lert values
