Abstract:
In the light of L ianyungang A lkali Plant reorganization practices, th is paper introduces the ideas and concrete steps of reorganizat ion based on business processes re-eng ineering. On the basis of business process re-eng ineering, the company. s organ ization is restructured. An organization evaluat ion method based on broad information entropy is proposed and used to evaluate the performances of the new and o ld organizat ional structures of the enterprise. The resu lts indicate the new organizat ion structure ismore efficient.
