Abstract:
Themethod o fmeasuring laserwave- length by Fizeau interferometer and Fabry- Perot Interferom eter is effective. Themethod o f processing the in terference fringes can notmeet the dem and fo r processing ve loc ity andm easurement accuracy. In view of themax im ally t ime-consum ing part o f b inary-conversion and fringe refinement in processing the inference fringes, th is paper presents a rectang le invariab ility algorithm and SPTA( Scan Po int Th inn ing-A lgorithm ) w ith optima l selection by comparison o f the processing velocity and accuracy o f one-by-one a lgorithm . The experimental results verify that th is w ay can improve image processing velocity andmeasurem ent accuracy
