Abstract:
The virtual prototype technology is introduced into the simulation area of automatic weapons and the model processing methods are studied on the numerical simulation of automatic mechanisms.The methods include the import rule from the 3-D CAD model, the method to handle the typical machine and constraint of automat ic weapons, the infliction of load according to the types of automatic principles. At last numerical simulation is conducted on weapon automatic mechanisms. A series of kinemat ics curves of the automatic mechanisms are obtained and analyzed.The simulated results prove the feasibility of the methods.
