Abstract:
The proportioning process of the static-weight ing microcomputer- controlled proportioning system determines that the proportioning errors comprise material dropping error, weighting error and accumulated error. Compensating algorithms for the feeding error based on a mathematical model are employed to decrease the dropping error. Measures concerning sensor selection, circuit measurement , hopper installation, and software filtering, nonlinear corrections are taken to reduce the weighting error. Compensating algorithms for the proportioning error are applied to lower the accumulated error. Applications in a cement plant show that certain channel. s proportioning error reduced from 1. 2 % to 0. 6 % .
