Abstract:
The d ig ital simulat ion and the experimenta l research of the heat conduction characterist ics are completed for the cy lindrica l layered tube made up of differentmaterials. A ca lculation mode l o f heat load and an analysis mode l of temperature field are established. Three layered tube structures w ith d ifferent requ irem en ts are analyzed on the temperature d istribution. An experimental method is introduced in the dynam ic temperature measurement of the layered tube. The test results and the ca-l culation results are very contiguous. In th is paper, the gu idance significances are g iven for confirm ing materials and structure parameters of the layered tube and for improv ing the high temperature lifetime.
