Abstract:
In v iew of strict coat ing-technics and ou-t adhesive phenomena at low temperature of high n itrogenous conten t sing le-base coated propellan,t the methods o f enhancing affix-in tensity betw een coating- layer and base-prope llan t by in terface-treating reagent is put forw ard. By themethod o f impactive test and tensile test at different temperature, an interface-treat ing method o f high nitrogenous content sing le-base coated prope llant is stud ied, and the ou-t adhesive phenomena is lightened. The causes of the interface-treating regent are ana lyzed. It is concluded that the e ffect of themultibenzylalky lmu ltiisoeyanate is better than the silicone tw in-bond reagen.t The effect o f the interface regen t is testified through the combust ion-ceasing experiment.
