Abstract:
Inorder to study the characteristicof flight stabilityof a trianglecross-sectional projectile ( TCSP), andbasedontheanalysisof thecharacteristicof flight stabilityof acircularcross-sectional projectile, themathequationsofmotionintheair areestablished. Byworkingout theAOA( angleof attack) equation, the flight stability criterion isacquired. At thesame time, the effect of aerody-namiccharacteristic parameter on the flight stability of theTCSP is analyzed. By comparing the curvesof nutationandAOAwithacircular cross-sectional projectile inthesameconditions, thecon-clusion ismade that theTCSPhasgoodstabilityperformance. Thepaper canprovide reference for designof TCSP.
