Abstract:
According to themeasurement demand ofweak photoionization signa,l a new kind of pho- toionization signal detection instrument is developed. The working principle and the hardware. s core design of the system are introduced, which integrate gas photoionization detection, weak signal gath- ering, signal detection and data processing, etc. The choice of ionization source and experimental sample of instrument is discussed. The system . s experimental equipment is devised. Using the standard gas confected by the National Research Center for CRM . s and the detection instrumen,t the combined test is perform ed. The detection effect of ultra- low concentration of volatile organic compounds is tested. The sensitivity and detection lim itation of the instrument is estimated and ca-l culated. The effect is satisfying.
