Abstract:
In order to study the influence of the transient impact of powder gas with high temperature and high pressure on the composite  material barre,l a three-dimensional transient thermo-structure coupling analysis is conducted. The3-Danalys is model of  the composite material barrel is established byusing finiteele mentmethod. The direct coupling analys is isemployedasa solving strategy. The variationre gularity of the temperature field and dynamics tress field of the compositematerialbarrel on firing is obtained. The results show that the powder gas with high temperature causes large transient thermal stress and thetransient  thermal impact in fluences the linear strengthobviously.
