Abstract:
A scheme o f active aerostatic bearing w ith disp lacement feedback is proposed. Its st if-f ness and rotation accuracy is advanced e ffectively. A cco rd ing to the numericalmethod of fin ite e lemen, t the bearing. s parameters w ith inheren t restrictors are opt im ized by the ob jective funct ion o f st iffness. Based on the ana lysis, the load capacity for three k inds of active control restriction modes are prov ided. The ca lculat ion resu lts for three kinds o f active restrictors show that the param eter opt im ization o f aerostatic bearing w ith inherent restricto rs is reasonable and it can prov ide good load capacity range for realizing in fin ite stiffness of the bearing. Three active restriction modes can provide more contro l se lections for the active contro l bearing.
