Abstract:
Several problems that shou ld be considered for the design of the underw ater imag ing detect ion system are analyzed and d iscussed, including system parameters, optica l signal computation model and imag ing system perfo rmance evaluation mode.l Considering the d istance betw een em itting system and receiv ing system, genera l theory mode l o f underw ater imag ing detect ion system is buil.t The computing methods o f signal rad iance, back-forw ard rad iance and fo rw ard radiance are deduced. The w ork ing distance equat ion of underw ater imag ing system is presented.
