Abstract:
This paper ana lyses the effects of time of use price strategy on the e lectrica lnetwo rk operat ing risk, consumers and netwo rks in e lectricity marke.t The method o f constitu ting consumer response curves based on psycho log ical principles are proposed. Some primary princ ip les for the peakvalley time partition, ratio ascerta inment betw een peak price and valley pr ice and risk avo idance of netw orks are proposed to lead consumers to sh ift peak load, to ease the crit ical e lectricity supply in peak- load tim e. Them ethods can ensure the security and econom ic operating o f netwo rks.
