The J-symm etric d ifferent ia l operators wh ich have finite interior singu lar po ints w ith d i-f ferent defic iency ind ices are investigated. A d irect sum space is constructed. By the theo ry o f d irect sum space and the Know les. decomposit ion o f the max imal dom ain, th is paper g ives the complete and ana ly tic characteriza tion for J-sel-f ad jo int dom ains ofJ-symme tric expressions. The matrix def-i n ing the boundary conditions is only determ ined by the initial va lues o f the regular po ints of the so lut ions.
