Abstract:
Th is paper studies custom ization degree optim ization in automotive coveringsmass custom-i zation from bo th enterprises and customers. By analyzing d issim ilarity betw een custom ization product and customer expectat ion, it presents a quant itat ive so lut ion to custom izat ion degree of enterprises and optima l custom ization deg ree of enterprises. Based on the customer va lue analysis, this paper presents a quant itat ive solution to custom ization degree of customers and optimal custom ization degree of customers. The opt imal strategy for product fam ily. s custom ization degree is presented. The implementat ion o f the optima l strategy can help enterprise sat isfy ind iv idual requ irements for automotive coverings w ith the least cos,t so enterprise value and customer va lue get w in-w in.
