Abstract:
The spatial-domain method of moment(MoM) combining the mixed potential integral equation(MPIE) is utilized for the full-wave electromagnetic analysis of monolithic microstrip integrated circuit(MMIC) and microstrip antenna arrays.Conjugate gradient fast Fourier transforms(CGFFT) is applied to reduce the memory storage and computational complexity,which is restricted to the uniform discretizaton.To overcome this limitation,modified FFT technology is proposed,containing sparse matrix canonical grid method(SMCG),adaptive integral method(AIM),precorrected-FFT method,which retains the advantages of the CG-FFT method as well as the excellent modeling capability offered by the triangular elements.The proposed method attains the fast electromagnetic simulation of the complicated and large-scale microstrip integrated circuit.
