Abstract:
Reverse microemulsions of AOT/isooctane/H2O,AOT/isooctane/DMF,AOT/isooctane/mixture solution of H2O and DMF(volume ratio is 10∶1) are prepared.The effects of temperature,concentration of AOT,solubilization substance on their solubilization ability and electrical conductance are researched by conductivity method.The result shows that the solubilization of AOT/isooctane to H2O increases with the rise of the concentration of AOT in isooctane.Reverse microemulsions of AOT/isooctane/H2O,AOT/isooctane/DMF,AOT/isooctane/ mixture solution of H2O and DMF have similar solubilization properties and electrical conductance curves.The molecule volume influences the maximal solubilization ability.The bigger the molecular volume is,the smaller the maximal solubilization ability is,which gives useful insight into the investigations on the solubilization of reverse microemulsion.
