Abstract:
This paper proposes a new kind of Anycast communication model which is built on the basis of Anycast tree and can solve Anycast scalability problem.Anycast tree utilizes Multicast model to manage Anycast members and Unicast model to forward Anycast packets.The proposed model achieves dynamic Anycast groups and allows Anycast members to freely leave and join the Anycast group,and it solves Anycast scalability problem.In addition,the model accomplishes the distributed maintenance and transaction of Anycast service requests and Anycast tree’s information so it fulfills the load balance.In an IPv6 simulation,the proposed model is implemented and the experimental data prove the feasibility and validity of the communication model.
