Abstract:
In order to study the influences of the parameters of double-layered shaped charge liner(DLSCL) on the jets penetration into semi-infinite target,numerical simulations are performed to study the process of jets formation,elongation and penetration into semi-infinite target using AUTODYN finite element hydrocode.The effects of stand-off on penetration depths and penetration apertures are obtained under variable thickness ratioes.The simulation results show that the penetration results are the best for aluminum-copper DLSCL when the thickness ratio is one.The influences of different materials on the penetration depths and penetration apertures are studied when the thickness ratio is one.The influences of different materials on the penetration depths are studied when the total liners mass are the same.The simulation results can provide references for studying and designing the DLSCL.
