Abstract:
The working process of time delay integration in scanning detector is analyzed.The effect of scanning linearity and stability of oscillating mirror on the system performance is pointed out.Taking 576×6 detector as an example,this paper brings forward the formula of controlling parameter of oscillating mirror and column time of IR thermal imager.The available range of the two parameters is also brought forward in the working system.Test parameters indicate that the deduction is correct.The matching formula of controlling parameter of oscillating mirror and column time for scanning detectors provides basis for the design of scanning thermal imager especially 576×6 thermal imager.
