Abstract:
A new set of higher order hierarchical basis functions based on curvilinear triangular patch is proposed to analyse the electromagnetic scattering and vadiation of electrical-large targets.The multilevel fast multipole method is used to accelerate matrix-vector product.This higher order scheme leads to a reduction in the number of unknowns without compromising the accuracy of geometry modeling.Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method in radar cross section calculations.
