Abstract:
The principle of pseudo-random code phase modulation combined with pulse position modulation(PPM) fuze is investigated briefly.The overall signal to noise ratio(SNR) gain of the whole procedure after correlation detection concerning Doppler frequency is deduced.The analysis and simulation demonstrate that its anti-noise performance becomes weaker rapidly along with the Doppler frequency getting greater if the period of pseudo-random code becomes longer,or the pulse width gets wider.The strong performance of anti-noise can be guaranteed by the design for the period of pseudo-random code,the pulse width and its working frequency.
