Abstract:
In order to reduce the impact of the recoil force of automatic weapons on shooting accuracy,a new structure with Laval nozzle by using the high-pressure gas in chamber to achieve low recoil force for auto-weapons is proposed.A duo one-dimensional two-phase flow model is developed.And the 5.8 mm test gun is taken for numerical simulation.The result demonstrates that the new structure is capable of reducing recoil force without dropping the velocity of pull when it is out of chamber,and the efficiency for reducing recoil force is 37.8%.
