Abstract:
To solve the problem of motion reliability for three-shot burst mechanism(TSBM),the main structure and working process of TSBM are discussed,and the requirements of motion reliability for TSBM are presented.The reliability rules are based on simulation environments.Using Monte Carlo method,the random problem is simulated.The motion reliability probability is 0.987 3.By analyzing parameter influence,the influence of different stiffness coefficients and preloads on reliability probability and contact force is analyzed.The causes of motion failure and overload are analyzed to provide reference for the application of TSBM.The range of ratchet pawl spring’s stiffness is 4~20 N·mm/(°).
