Abstract:
In order to analyse the influence of the transient impact of powder gas with high temperature and high pressure on the composite materials barrel,this paper studies the transient temperature field and the stress of the designed composite materials barrels using direct coupling finite element method.The stress distribution of the composite materials barrels are discussed about the temperature change and its strength analysis.The computation results show that when analyzing strength,the thermal load and the burst influence of the composite materials barrels can not be neglected,and the designed barrel can meet the strength requirements.These provide the theoretical basis for experimental feasibility and the reference for the synthetic optimization design of composite materals barrels.
