Underwater Acoustic Detection Utilizing Laser Luminous Flux Variation Method

The surface wave theory and the underwater acoustic theory are combined here.The physical process of water surface micro vibration and the acoustic theory in real terms of appearance are analyzed.A laser luminous flux variation method for measuring particle vibration offset of the water surface is proposed.A single-point laser measurement system is designed and an experiment is done to validate the method.The result indicates that the method can detect the underwater sound signals effectively and is tolerable to water surface level degree.
