Abstract:
In order to study the cooling and dehumidifying capacity of the tailrace tunnel,a calculated model of effective length is established through the overall heat transfer efficiency of tailrace tunnel based on the simplified model of heat and moisture transfer of tailrace tunnel ventilating.The influences of section sizes of tunnels,inlet air parameters,water temperature and the velocities of water and air in tunnel on effective length are analyzed,and the variation of the effective length is concluded.The results show that the tunnel width,the inlet air parameters and the water velocity are the main influencing factors,while the influence of water temperature can be ignored.
