Abstract:
Cadmium complex of 1,4-benzene dicarboxylic acid is synthesized by liquid dispersion deposition method at normal temperature and the complex is characterized by element analysis,thermal analysis,infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction,respectively.The calcining process of complex at high temperature is investigated by X-ray diffraction and the calcinated products are characterized by infrared spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that nano-sized CdO crystals with average size of 20~30 nm can be obtained by calcining complex precursors at higher temperature.
