Abstract:
In order to measure the flapping track of standard rotor blade in dynamic balance test,a method which is based on curtaining off the laser bean by rotor blades to transform the position parameters into pulse-train analysis is proposed to measure the flapping height of standard blades with non-contacting measurement.The nonlinear error caused by flapping-angle is reduced by compensatory algorithm.The location-parameters of the measurement system can be calibrated with the lasers and pulse-train algorithm.The flapping parameters measurement system is calibrated with a series of definite thickness simulator of blades.The test results indicate that the uncertainty of flapping parameters meets the calibration requirements of standard rotor blades.This method is effective in measurement of flapping parameters of standard blades,and the measurement data is traced to the national standard of length metering.
