Abstract:
To research the influence of the transport pipe heated by the high temperature in the combustor on the propellant’s thermal stability and flow properties,by combining incompressible N-S equation and power law constitute equation to model and simulate the pasty propellant flow in hot pipe,flow properties and heating conditions are obtained.Simulation results show that the flow velocity of pasty propellant in hot pipe is bigger than in normal(adiabatic) pipe.The less the caliber or the inlet velocity is,the more obvious the velocity augmentation is.The heating layer thickness of pasty propellants near wall surfaces increases with the augmentation of caliber and decreases with the increase of velocity.
