Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the relationship between job burnout and job stressors and job satisfaction of the basic level managers in manufacturing enterprises.The data from questionnaire surveys are processed with path analysis.The results show that quantitative role overload,role ambiguity and role conflict have significantly positive direct effect on emotional exhaustion and cynicism.Quantitative role overload,role ambiguity and responsibility have significantly negative direct effect on professional efficacy.Quantitative role overload,role ambiguity and role conflict have partial indirect effect on 3 dimensions of job burnout by mediator job satisfaction.The effect of job stressors on 3 dimensions of job burnout is very direct.Qualitative role overload has no significant effect on 3 dimensions of job burnout.
