Abstract:
To establish a complete and reasonable evaluation guidance mode of operational effectiveness(OE) for equipment demonstration,the recent OE concepts and their structural factors are summarized and synthesized,and an abstract guidance mode for the index system of OE is proposed.Five kinds of modes for the OE indexes are analyzed.A match interface for the weapon equipments types with the modes of OE is built,and a way to make instantiation for the guidance mode of the OE is provided.Based on the guidance mode,an example for main battle weapon equipments is taken to establish a reasonable index system of the OE.The results show that the guidance modes play an important role in guiding the construction of the index system.
