Abstract:
To realize the sharing and optimized allocation of the networked manufacturing resources in the mass customization(MC-NMR) environment,the solution of MC-NMR based on an ant colony algorithm is proposed here.The framework of the mass custamization(MC) outsourcing task-manufacturing resource model is designed.The models of networked manufacturing tasks and resources are established.Resources are retrieved through a semantic match algorithm.An optimized allocation of networked manufacturing resources based on an ant colony algorithm is realized.The prototype system of MC-NMR is developed.The example of engineering machinery proves that the allocation efficiency of MC-NMR can be effectively improved by the method.
