Abstract:
To test the time change law of motion acceleration of projectiles in high pressure gun,a structure design of high-g micro accelerometer is proposed according to the measurement principle of capacitive micro accelerometers with optimum performance.The movable electrode of elastic components is supported by many straight beams.The mechanics modeling and the finite element simulation of the elastic components of accelerometers are made.The results demonstrate that the range of accelerometers is 1.33×105g,and it has preferable anti-overload capability.The inherent frequency of accelerometer elastic elements is about 250 kHz.
