Abstract:
An electric transmission structure for the electrothermal chemical launch is presented,and the selection principle of the dielectric medium is discussed.The insulation layer made from cycloaliphatic glycidyl ether epoxy resins,modified methyl hexahydro phthalic anhydride hardeners and high-purity silica fillers can meet the demands of the characteristics of the electric transmission structure used in the electrothermal chemical launch.The main factors such as the air bubbles,the errors between aperture and pole,and the stepped surface that damage the insulation are analyzed,and some solutions that keep the insulation from damage are proposed.The experiment shows that the flashover voltage is upgraded if the stepped surface is covered with a polyimide film.
