Abstract:
To balance the detailed behaviors of fluid simulation and the real-time of fluid rendering,the shallow water equation(SWE)and the smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method are combined,a fluid interaction simulation method based on the mass conservation and momentum conservation principle is proposed.The SPH method is applied and extended,the interactions among still entities and dynamical entities in virtual fluid and virtual scenes are realized.Validation experiment results show the frame rate reaches 14 frames /s when the number of particles is less than 104,the proposed method not only emphasizes the detailed behaviors of virtual water,but also satisfies the real-time requirements of rendering speed.
