This paper is concerned with the non-fragile guaranteed cost control and H control for nonlinear singular systems with delay. The nonlinear item of the systems is a continuous function of time and system state. A non-fragile guaranteed cost controller and a non-fragile H controller are designed respectively. The delay-independent sufficient conditions for the existence of these controllers are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities( LMIs) . When these LMIs are feasible, explicit expressions of these controllers are obtained respectively. The effectiveness of the approach is illustrated by a numerical example.
