Abstract:
To study the new technology of obtaining cyclopentadecanolide,cyclopentadecanolide is catalyzed by strong acid cation exchange resin from 15-hydroxypentadecanoic acid ester prepared with Malania olceifera Chun oil as stuff.Two synthetic methods are compared:15-tetracosenoic acid is extracted from Malania olceifera Chun oil and converted into methyl 15-hydroxypentadecanoate via ozonization,reduction and methyl esterfication,cyclopentadecanolide is synthesized by strong acid cation exchange resin catalyzed via lactonization,and the yield is 14.4%.After Malania olceifera Chun oil is ozonized,reducted,and methyl esterified with methanol,methyl 15-hydroxypentadecanoate is transformed into cyclopentadecanolide catalyzed by strong acid cation resin via cyclization,and the yield is 10.4%.The effects of resin categories and the ester group of 15-hydroxypentadecanoic acid ester on cyclization are discussed.The results show that the optimal catalyst is LS-50 resin,and the yield of cyclopentadecanolide from ethyl 15-hydroxypentadecanoate attains 19.5%. 更多
