Abstract:
Based on the uniform design method, the influence of the structure parameters of the spherical segment charge liner on the penetration capability of the explosively formed projectile ( EFP) is studied. The penetration depth on a target is adopted as the evaluation index,and three main dimension parameters of the liner are optimized. The simulation schemes based on the dynamic analysis software AUTODYN are arranged under the instruction of uniform design method. The software SPSS is used to analyze the obtained simulation results regressively. The results show that the interactions of the liner dimension parameters are the main factors affecting the EFP penetration capability. The formation and penetration effect of EFP from the optimized liner design scheme is both better.
