Abstract:
In order to obtain the optimum assembly sequence and assembly process of integrative traditional Chinese medicine grinders integrating agitation, isolation and comminution, the virtual assembly ( VA) technology is applied in their research and development. The assembly levels and assembly relationships of the whole product and the key components are analyzed using an open modeling method based on the research of the main structure and the key technology of the VA technology. After establishing the assembly model and optimizing the assembly process, the most proper assembly sequence and assembly process are obtained with the assembly sequence planning method based on the knowledge. The application of the VA technology in the research and development of integrative traditional Chinese medicine grinders has shortened research time and guaranteed the one-time success of product manufacturing and assembly.
