Abstract:
To improve the design performances of the individual grenade launcher system and shorten the design cycle,the integrated optimization design model involving the mass,the interior ballistics,the exterior ballistics and the human-gun reaction is built.After the single-objective optimization aiming at the minimum recoil force,the recoil force decreases 7.2%.Taking the minimum recoil force,the lightest launcher system and the shortest bullet flying time as the multi-objectives,the optimization is carried out and the Pareto optimization solution is obtained.Compared with the single-objective optimization,the multi-objective optimization improves the comprehensive performances of the individual grenade launcher system effectively,and avoids that one single objective is optimized and the others are degraded seriously.
