In order to solve the problems that the accuracy of static parameter measuring system of gun barrels is not high,the efficiency is low and the structure is scattered,a new highprecision static multiparameter measuring system with three functions,measurement of internal diameter,erosion and wear and barrel curvature for gun barrels is developed.Many technologies are applied to the system,such as precision mechanics manufacturing,optics testing,image acquisition and processing,computer control and software design.The system adopts the modular design idea to fix three submeasuring modules on the mobile mechanism carrier inside gun barrels.The system is applied to measure two types of gun barrels practically and the obtained parameter indexes are in agreement with the design requirements,meeting the demand of static multiparameter measurement.
