Abstract:
In order to improve the fault diagnosis reliability of rolling bearing,the localized fault characteristics and evolution process of rolling bearing in driving system are analyzed.With the differential method,the mode-mixing situation of traditional Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)during the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing gets improved.This method can better extract fault components by enhancing the energy ratio of high frequency component and can combine Hilbert-transformed envelope spectrum analysis to complete analytical judgement of rolling bearing's fault type.The results reveal that the Differential Empirical Mode Decomposition(DEMD)and envelope spectrum analysis are feasible in fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
