Abstract:
To study the characteristics of muzzle vibration frequency for the self-propelled gun on move,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic equations are established.The constraint mode of the flexible tube is calculated and the model neutral file(MNF)is generated by Hypermesh.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the gun is set up by ATV toolbox of ADAMS.The stochastic road irregularities file is made by using the sinusoid superposition method.Road spectrum of rank E,F and G is simulated based on the road file generated by Matlab software.The muzzle dynamic response of self-propelled guns moving on the different rank roads at different speeds is obtained.Utilizing fast Fourier transform(FFT)method,the power spectral density of muzzle angular acceleration is gained.After analysis and comparation,the muzzle vibration frequency ranges at different road irregularities and speeds are determined.
