In order to obtain the electromagnetic coupling law in the pulsed power supply module,the dynamic characteristics of the inductance in the module is studied by using the finite element theory.The 3D model of the inductance is established,and the law of the current density distribution on the copper belt of the inductor and the curve of the dynamic inductance value when the pulsed power supply module works are presented.The result shows that:the current concentrate mainly on the center and edges of the copper belt,the inductance increases approximately exponentially with the increase of the frequency,and the inductance value increases while the change rate of the inductance decreases.Before the time of peak current,the change rate of the inductance decreases rapidly.The inductance value is approximately time-constant when the copper thickness is less than 1 mm and the capacitance effect can be neglected.
